When paypal sends via debit card does it include a name as a bank transfer would?

I don't think you can split it over two accounts and surely it would be stealth madness to try.
You don't need a bank attached

Re: withdraw to debit card uk??
So does anyone here have their own merchant account and know if when you send money/ refund to a card the name is attached to it? I know the name doesn't matter when making card payments (disregarding VBV MSCS etc)
