Linking Paypal to Payoneer: How to fill the Global Payment Service questionnaire.

Hello there..

So I had successfully managed to add my payoneer details to paypal and was verified.

Unfortunately, payoneer can't process my deposits because I don't have a business url showing ownership of the business. I'm a freelancer (no website) and my sources of funds are varied.

Question, how can I get payoneer to approve me for the global payment service?
