 Is it possible to verify a Paypal Business Account that is not yours with Edited doc
Greetings Everybody,
Well my issue is that I bought a paypal account from someone I met online because it was a business account and had good transaction history. I wanted it because I normally exchange paypal dollars for real cash from where I come from and send the cash via Mobile money for small margins of profit.*Now recently, after passing trade limit allowed in the business account, paypal sent me Account Alert Notification as well as email asking me to confirm my identity as the account owner!.I am at crossroads because on the account profile, the first owner provided his ID number but I'm not sure he provided copy of his ID.Question is, can I get an ID which I can edit in accordance with his ID number as well as Utility bill as an extra supporting document and provide paypal for approval ? What are the chances that this account might get verified that way or get limited i?I am told that paypal are good at detecting editing document and chances of the document passing are minimal or dependent on the work done on edited document. If its good, it might pass, if its not, then I am in trouble of getting this account limited.
I've tried reaching the owner who sold it to me to no avail!.So am here looking for second opinion before I know what to do,...It has my money in it which I had gotten from payments sent.
