How likely is it for a new account to get limited for using a popular VPN service? like nordVPN

I used ExpressVPN and got suspended pretty quick.

VPN is only ONE parameter of MANY ... Many people nowadays use it ;-)

for eBay or Amazon, IP is pretty important, using high risk IPs or IPs likely to have been previously used on eBay/Amazon won't be as solid as Fresh IP or hotspot IP
