uk ebay restrict not suspended !!

i just create an uk business account and i list 2 items after 1 day my account doesn't suspended but it's just restrict and when i conact them in live chat they told me to upload an id card or adress verifivation prove . so what i ask is there some methode no budjet to get a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ bank statement with adress or utility bill .... or a free template . please advice me to past my first acc on ebay i'm tired of change the platform
