Setting up legitimate stealth account

Hey all,

I want to set up as close to a legitimate stealth account as i can without getting linked to a my previous banned account.

I have a new address, i plan on using my middle name + surname

Not sure about what to do with d.o.b , could i use actual d.o.b or is that too risky and should i use a slight variation?

I wouldn't use actual dob - like HolaAmigo alluded, stealth guide would help you + reading through forums
