Looky looky! Something new on account

On a lark, I signed into my ebay business account that I opened 6 weeks ago and was suspended indefinitely a month ago. Was reading a post here where after waiting a few days, try again (that was about PP and verification, but I thought, what the heck!).

A month ago, they said no to my requests for reinstatement through email, twitter, FB, and on phone.

I now see a dialogue box when I log in to that suspended ebay business account that says (to paraphrase):

1. "Noted several concerns within your account activity"
2. they've suspended account (no mention of indefinitely now)
3. if I feel done in error, and want to continue using this account, they want to "verify your account and eBay account activity directly with you".
4. Registering new account will hamper review (haven't done)
5. Looking to protect other members...etc

Setting up PP and ebay was done before coming to this forum. Started new business account with ebay and paypal. Bought a $15 item ebay through the new account and paid through the new bank verified paypal. Suspended first time. Told them through twitter/FB I had a personal account for 20 years, and they reinstated. Listed three items, suspended again and they said indefinitely.

I did register both new PP and ebay biz accounts with a googlevoice phone number, which I've had for years and used for other businesses I had. The three items I listed were listed through AutoDS, a dropshipping automator. (I was following a dropshipping course). I did copy the pics from HD (didn't realize and didn't erase metadata) and rephrased the item descriptions and titles. With AutoDS, it pops up if there is a VERO issue, and one of them did. It was a brand name that one of the items used in the description, but the product WAS NOT that company with the VERO brand name, they just called their item by that name (it is a common first name), and I took that name out of the listing. Not sure what triggered the second suspension, or maybe a combination.

From what I see on the new dialogue box, I can contact them so maybe there is hope? My understanding is I should contact them by the googlevoice number I have on the account so they can see and verify? I cannot log into my ebay business account to change that googlevoice number before I call them.

Any other suggestions on how to talk to them, what to say and not to say? I know they don't like the idea of dropshipping. I do have a bunch of items at home still to sell, which I can on this business ebay account until I prove myself. Just don't want to tell them too much, and not sure what not to say, or if they mention any of what I have explained above, how do I explain away? Do I just be honest and throw myself at their mercy???

It sounds like you were dropshipping. Retail dropshipping isn't allowed. Were you using proxies with your accounts?

This was all done before I realized the importance of stealth. So, no proxies.

Just make sure everything is unique and everything you do is not linked to your suspended account or someone's elses account

Again, the 6 week old business ebay and paypal account I set up were pre-stealth. Didn't realize the issues, didn't realize retail arbitrage was an issue.

With that said, I had my long-time personal ebay and PP account running on computer where I set up new ebay/paypal accounts. IF, and that is a big if, my biz ebay account is reinstated, I have to somehow separate the personal and business for stealth reasons? At this point, how would I do that without setting up red flags?

In order to seperate the accounts, purchase proxies from this forum and operate each account on a seperate machine or virtual machines. Each account will be at a different location and on a different device so they will be seperated and won't be linked. I saw you purchased the Stealth Book, so it should be straight forward as the book teaches you how to seperate accounts using virtual machines and proxies should be on there too.

No way you can go backwards, so just move forward.

Ithelps told you straight up that you need to use virtual machines with different info in each machine so they are not identical or just generic. The algorithms look for similarities that fit other accts that have been limited of suspended. Ie. Same ip sequence even if not not same, same Isp used, same proxies used, same browser used, same OS version, same apps in os and then the virtual machines computer hardware specs. These are all txt doc that can be read only if other parameters have been matched to be generic. When you make the Virtual machines vary the setup, os, apps, browsers and details. Also you can spoof Macs etc. if your paranoid. I know many say that Macs cannot be read but better to be safe then sorry! or Buy a VPS but it will cost you a monthly! I was a pioneer of killin it with Amz and Egay i mean Bay since 2007
U gotta get tricky and slick just like your arch enemy the systems that run the community safety of these platforms! Their systems are made and run just like Casino platforms which are designed to catch those who are trying to steal from the casino floors. They are sophisticated more then ever so your disguise has to be as cleaver as their system made to catching you. Think of it this way - You need to make an identity, another persona and act like the persona. Are you a teenager or a housewife or an old lady? How would they act? start slow or fast? what would they buy ? what would they sell? there is another way of detection that No one talks about that's fairly new to the online world that's used by some systems to know if the same person or a different person is on the other end of the keyboard - Biometrics. Just think about how you can be different from what and who you were before.
