Is a credit/debit/VCC card mandatory for ebay UK?

Hi There.

I wan just wondering if I would still need a credit or debit card to sell on ebay UK if I link a verified paypal account ebay?

I have a verified paypal account that I have never used and has never been linked to any ebay information, so it is a fully clean account.

So I was just wondering if I would still need a VCC, or is the verified paypal account enough for ebay to allow me to open a seller account?

That should not be a problem: s'long as the paypal is fully verified and has no association with a suspended ebay account. But later you will need to raise your limits so a CC will be needed then.
