What happen if I don't confirm the payments received?

I just realized that when I confirm the payments to receive the money in 7 days then i get limited and they ask me for documents and proof, so if i don't confirm it should I receive the money later but with no documents request? Thank you for helping me

When you say you confirm payment to receive the money, do you mean you are marking item as dispatched or services delivered?

i think he means if he receives a currency which he does not have a ballance in. like USD on a UK paypal

Yes i have to mark the items like dispatched or delivered ( virtual material )
