Can I use vcc to withdraw?

Hello all. Just wondering can I withdraw money from a Reload able vcc? Because I’ve used my bank account on other stealth PayPal before.

So How can I withdraw it to my bank account? Because the money had been stuck for 180 days and now the previous bank accounts I have attached on other PayPal accounts And it seems to reject the bank saying it’s already in use with another PayPal account.

Call the bank - you have lost your debit card - ask them to issue a new one - might be OK

That won’t work because the sort code and account number will stay the same. Any other way guys?
