Hi, I recently opened a company in Wyoming , but I have a few things that are unclear about accounting.I must have called 20 phone numbers of IRS and wyobiz.wyo.gov and I was constantly forwarded and no one could give me the exact information. What tax forms do I have to fill out? When should they be paid quarterly or annually and how are they calculated? I would be very grateful if someone who has a company in Wyoming shares how to keep my accounts and when I have to pay all the necessary fees. Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the forum!! While you have some great questions seeking advice for tax related questions on the internet can only lead to trouble. You can find a CPA who handles small businesses who would be more than happy to offer you a free consultation in order to try and retain your services. I would trust a tax professional vs internet advice.
Now if you have any questions about how to make Ebay, PayPal or Amazon accounts you have found the right place!!

A Wyoming company has zero state or corporate taxes other than your small annual fee. It is quite possible you still will owe the state you live in taxes.
How often you pay taxes is based on your revenue.
You need a CPA who understands you, your business and any assets or liabilities and other income.

I started an LLC in Wyoming and now I have to create an account of this company on Ebay. Because a friend has a Delawere company and said he files two returns every three months and calculates a profit tax from a spreadsheet on the state's website and also has an annual fee for the company. Because I called in a lot of places and no one could give me an answer, I was just referred to various institutions and I'm a little confused. The secretary of state told me that they would contact me when I had to pay. Elsewhere, I was told that Ebay demanded these taxes. I'm very confused about what to do about taxes in Wyoming, because I've learned that there are quite large fines for not meeting deadlines. I don't remember these forms 1040NR and the other one, do I have to submit them every three months and pay income taxes because I didn't find such a table for Wyoming anywhere? Quote:

LIKE THEY SAID,find a CPA who can help you.
You should do your research before ,not after setting up a company

From what I found pretty easily on the web : Wyoming also doesn't have a personal income tax, LLC members generally will owe no state tax on income they earn from a Wyoming LLC. The only tax for LLCs, mentioned above, is the annual license tax of $50 or a small percentage of the value of your LLC's assets located in Wyoming.
A simple call to a CPA will easily get you the answers you are looking for!!

Yes, I know that sales tax is not due in Wyoming, but my Ebay store will sell everywhere, not just in Wyoming, so as far as I understand, each state has profit tax tables. . The state annual fee is also clear. My questions are 1. What forms are filled in to pay taxes?
2. Are they paid every three months or per year?
3. And where can I find these tables to make calculations on my sales?
That's why I asked the question in this way, which I have an attempt to share, because that day I called 4 hours to some incompetent employees who were just referring me to each other! A friend of mine with a company in Delawere said he didn't need an accountant and had been running his own accounts for years. Where exactly do you suggest I call? Will it happen here - https://www.wyocpa.org/ Quote:

Why do you think you would have a tax table for WY when they dont have any income taxes at all?!?
You issue is YOUR OWN STATE and the Federal taxes(IRS), not Wyoming seeing as they dont have any Income Taxes at all.

That's what a friend of mine who has a company in Delawere told me. So this tax, which is% on the profit, should be calculated from the IRS website, and not from the state on which my company is, right?
If so then my question has been asked incorrectly. What taxes do I have to pay to the IRS, where do I calculate them and which forms do I have to fill in and at what time of year or three months? Quote:

How would we know what your revenue is? How would we know what your profit is? How would we know what your deductibles would be? Form the sounds of it.... you dont know... so how could we?
You have been answered several times now.... GET A CPA! If you are too stingy to do that, expect to get extra rapped... Maybe use quick books.... These are questions you need to ask your CPA, not a bunch of strangers who dont know a single thing about you or your business.
