Paypal AU ID sweep

Looks like paypal Aus have done a site wide sweep requiring ID details be confirmed

Name and Address

Have received this on 4 accounts both stealth and legit


Trying some cake docs on stealth accs


Did get a perm ban on a stealth account last week, cake docs were accepted than 2 days later "appeal denied" and 'you can't use paypal anyone'

I had it happen on two accounts - now they aren’t responding.

looks like from some hours ago, sending money out without ID verification is disabled on AU accounts

Same problem here.
Havent been able to refund existing transactions either, could usually get your money nack via the customer that way if they trust you enough to resend via bank.

same problems for all my stealth accounts in the afternoon Sep 28, can't send refund either. I am wondering if any one knows if I fail to verify my ID, will they release the money after 180 days?
