can i use same VAT number on new account

hi, my account got restricted today, and it seems it is to do with stealth docs sent for MP, it was on 50k feedback registered as a business acc.
i would like to know if i was to make another account i want to make it as genuine as possible would i be able to use the same VAT number or would that link me with the old restricted acc?

Do not reuse the VAT number as it can easily be linked to your suspended account.

i want to find out as well, VAT is the only reason i have stealth

the VAT number address matched the stealth address, the name on the VAT seemed as though it did not link me as it has been on there for a number of years.

i got VAT on my real name at stealth address which is acessible to me

Is it possible you were caught because your business details on eBay did not match your VAT details?
eBay will validate your VAT details at some point.

I would not recycle VAT numbers on ebay.
Perhaps you can spread your sales across stealth accounts or look to third party legit account for longevity.
