Ebay closed listing and new listing

Hi, let's say that ebay closed one of my listing for example a pair of tracksuit pants in black color, if i want to sell the same tracksuit pants but with different color or model but same brand can i sell it or they will close it again?

If is in the same category yes they will.
List it in difrent acegory firs then add a second category the one you like if you are sure that ebay are closing down the listhing then the boot will not see it as the same item.

I don't understand why they can close the listing if the item I want to put for sale is a new item that I never sold on my ebay account

If you are using a Brand name that the brand owner wants protected it will get taken down as they zealously search eBay and ask for a take down.

There are a lot of sports manufactures who don't want there brand sold on ebay or amazon, unless they are authorized resellers

Vero is the most abused sytem on ebay and there is nothing you can do about it. Sadly.
