Has anyone made a stealth account and still been linked to another account?

I dont need a stealth. All im after is people who've been caught and what were their mistakes. Whats the main key info paypal uses to link people say if you were not a big flag to them. would it be main details like name, operating machine and bank etc?

PayPal uses to link people.
Same address.
Same phone.
Same ip some times.
Same user or same devise.
Name is not you can have 100 PayPal with the same name.

How specific is the device? do u know?

for example, would they see the exact model etc? or just like samsung s9 on chrome

Unless you install the PayPal or eBay app they do not know what phone you are using as you are not communicating through an IP address, all they see is the phone number, cell phone provider and area you are in.
