Default buyers who change minds are scum of the earth

Had a few buyers open returns today (change of mind or unwanted xmas gift).

Absolutely grinds my gears since we graft to send them out and they **** on us like this.

Buyers who open returns for changing their mind more than 3 times should get the boot, absolute bells.

Its separate buyers, usually legit buyers. I don't think they do it on purpose, but it's just annoying how some people get away with it all the time.

Don't take it personally, they're only exercising their statutory rights, the same rights that makes online selling so appealing as it attracts buyers with confidence. If this has you wound up don't even think of selling on Amazon via FBA!

Who amongst us hasn't returned something?

Its all great when they return items that are of low value, but my items are all high end tech and phones over £200. Surely people think long and hard before buying it, just to change their minds lol.

Plus, i'm not wholly against returns, but with high end tech, my buyers return it in weak packaging which can damage the item in transit.

If you offer returns, it's cost of doing business

Exactly, and my fees are pretty hefty at times, so that's a bummer!

Ah well, that's the cost of online retail...

The reason why Paypal does not refund fee is that its merchant account provider would not refund PAypal.
also when you refund ,it is a new transaction, a credit, and there are fees involved in doing so.
