 Anyone know when MP will be compulsory for fresh accounts?

Its a strange situation for me. I have been making accounts consistently since September and very successfully. I have never been asked to sign up for managed payments until around November time when my account were invited to managed payment after roughly a month of use.
I tend to only use stealth accounts for two weeks before i dispose of them and start a new account. Right now, i am not being asked for register for MP. Any new account since late november, none of my accounts have been invited to MP, and there is around 10-15 accounts i made and sold on
I spoke to the live agent and asked them when MP will be compulsory for everyone and they couldnt tell me anything. When do you guys think MP will be compulsory on account creation?
I think I will plan to have around 5 accounts cooked and then at least when MP is compulsory on account creation, then i can use these 5 accounts for atleast a few weeks as the email usually gives a couple weeek warning.
I dont think MP will be compulsory any time soon, as the agnet did say they are doing it in waves. So they still have a huge backlog. I think maybe UK leaving the EU has fked it up for managed payment as im sure there is a sht load of legal jargonthat needs to be addressed as eBay need to work out how money and sales is taxed when payments are made across the border. And how it will pay its intl sellers etc
If i could squeeze out another 6 months i would be more than happy. Even 3 months is great as i have been selling on eBay for around 3-4 years and getting burnt out with it, as much as how easy it is to make money. It just gets boring , i want to move onto something new
