can i use paypal stealth for personal use?

my personal paypal has been suspended for the most stupid of reasons(as with many people). Im looking to create a stealth account and purchase something online i understand i will have either click and collect or deliver to the address registered on my stealth account.

My question is
1)when purchasing will i have to switch VPN before using the paypal payment method on the vendor site

2)is there any other method for me to use when purchasing online

hi, ive already purchase the stealthbook and read it twice. It does not mention anything about using PayPal for your own personal usage, or when purchasing things for your own private use.

i got that you have to use VPN whenever you log into your paypal but does that include when you are on a vendors site using your own ip?

I plan on using the recommended in the stealthbook - IPBurger. Which have you gone with yourself?
