Stealth US Etsy Account - Bank Account & Credit/Prepaid Card

Could anyone please kindly advise, for stealth US etsy account, in bank account & credit card's account name, do you guys put in the names that matches the stealth etsy account holder OR the actual name?

with credit cards,there is no way to verify the name unless ETSY calls your card issuer,because the database which they use to verify do not carry the cardholder name,
