UK PayPal with USD balance. How to withdraw to bank without exchanging to GBP?

I am a UK citizen, with a UK PayPal account, no stealth. I have a $100k USD balance I need to withdraw.

I was previously withdrawing to TransferWise Borderless USD bank account then exchanging to GBP, but my TW account was closed (terms violation - restricted industry).

The only other USD accounts I have will only accept SWIFT payments, not ACH. PayPal uses ACH to pay out USD bank withdrawals.

I can convert the USD to GBP with PayPal and withdraw to my GBP bank, but the fees will eat up ~$3k.

Are there any other options to withdraw the balance in USD (saving me $3k)?

I know it was silly to let the balance get so high.

Get your money out ASAP and count your lucky stars if youre able to do so without any issues. Pay the fees and get it done before you lose the account.

So PayPal added a 3% charge for withdrawing to a bank account in another currency - even if you can add a bank account in another currency (which is tricky).

I ended up swallowing the 3% and withdrawing the USD in GBP with PayPal's conversion rate. Lesson Learned.

if you have a US bank account,you can transfer to it in US $ .
Some US bank eg Bank of America allows you to wire money overseas online in foreign currencies,real time exchange rate you have to lock in a few minutes.I think the fee is $35.
I used to do this with my BAC bank account,this is a feature offered to small business,you do this yourself on their website,this is how I paid my Japanese vendors in yen.

what is the name of this bank?
do you have a debit card issued by this bank?
