Express VPN - Yay or Nay??

Hey guys, new to this forum and loving all the info for learning.
I want to buy a stealth account to start drop shipping on.
Im located in Dubai but I'll be drop shipping from eBay to Amazon UK...
Would I be safe using ExpressVPN and setting the location too the UK?
Any advice much appreciated...

Your own dedicated would be a better step
