Default Can I use MC113 banned bank account?

Hi All

Long story short I had a personal eBay account (call it account A) and created a business account (account B) - all legitimate with a legit limited company I had created alongside it. eBay decided to ban account B for no reason after doing £500 in sales so I converted A into a business account (reason being I was selling under personal for too long and needed to do it properly). So far on account A I have had no issues with eBay.

eBay have messaged saying I have a month to upgrade to managed payments on account A and I wanted to add my bank account that was previously attached to banned account B to pay fees etc

My question is - is this safe to do so? I know the paypal acc attached to account B gets blacklisted which I will no longer need but does the bank account also get blacklisted? I paid fees for the £500 items sold via that bank account so the account was/is linked to account B.

Not sure whether it is worth the risk to try use it or just open a new business bank account and attach that? I do not run any stealth accounts and everything is above board at the moment.. And what if the bank name (ie my companies name) is the same do they track that?

Thanks
A

Reusing a bank account is such an easy link that could lead to problems though

Do you know whether the link would be made from the bank account details or bank name? Because if I make a new bank account then the name might be the thing that still gets me?
