MP - German person on ebay.de - Identity check?!

If you are registered as a stealth German person on German Ebay / ebay.de, can they check your identity? Can I upload stealth passport or ID card?

Or do I need to upload my real ID card from another EU country?

Can you upload your real ID card on more stealth accounts?

If they want toberify your ID theyll more than likely ask you to upload an ID. That ID will need to match the information the ebay acct is registered under - so no you cannot use the same ID for multiple accts unless theyre all using the same info to begin with.

I think OP means if eb can check if the documentation is creative or not via some databases.

This is open to debate some state that European id's can be verified not sure if this is true and it's still open for debate. My advice you have nothing to loose provide them what they want and always have a plan B so be prepared and have more stealth accounts ready so that your not effected worst case scenario. Germany checks everything through SCHUFA , this is an automated check so in case of Germany you will get the same results as UK

Yes through SCHUFA. Normally they wont need ID unless the systems fails to verify automatically.

It would be fantastic. Are we talking about adress matching too or only Name, DOB (and ID number if it's the case)?
