No invitation to go to Payoneer?

I got the notification that Ebay is going with Payoneer, but no real button to join Payoneer. Some people also did not got the possibility to join Payoneer, just "about" button. Anyone else?

It is just a notification email. We don't know for sure which company will process payouts.

I have received the email from ebay but only the button More info appears. and they already gave me until June 18. :(
