Every Personal Account I open is MP now. Do we still need PP?

I was planning to open a bunch of eBay accounts at the next few days. However, every time I list my first item, my account is enrolled in MP. Is PayPal useless now?

I think he heard you the first time.

In any event, he is correct. If you read the opening post again then OP is discussing the opening of NEW accounts. It is true to say that in the UK all new accounts are MP only, your currently active accounts may well still be on paypal but that's got nothing to do with OP's issue.
