All listing deactivated/ But account is ACTIVE NEED HELP!!!

All my listings are deactivated , and account is still active. They tell me i don't have the approvals but I do. After calling them and emailing them . They tell me they don't understand whats going on. Can someone help ?

Have you tried listing something for sale and see if it actually shows up?

Sounds like some kind of ghost suspension that happens sometimes

i've tried everything we have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years in the fragrance category. They deactivated all my listings stating i'm not approved for topicals which we are. Called them and they them selves tell me they don't undersatnd whats going on .

Please can someone help

You have to call them up relentlessly and get a manager that will help you.
IF you are absolutely sure it's a glitch.

If not, you're overlooking something that has changed and that rule need to be fulfilled before they can reactivate the listing.

Right, beauty products are very high risk... rules change from time to time and you won't even know what happened.
