Was going to setup the account under my fathers name
1. Will use a virtual business address, but does Amazon check Correspondence address aswell as me and my father live in the same household?
2. Can I put myself as I Director on the company also?

1. You have to provide them bank statement for either company name and addess or directors name and address
2. Has to be same as shown in company House

Amazon will check residential addresses. It you supply one which is already blacklisted then even if you get past the registration process you'll eventually be suspended.

A virtual business/accommodation address is meaningless, Amazon aren't interested in this common practice, they know how it works as thousands of sellers use the same company formation services.
