Cannot get my my money back from PayPal after 234 days account was put on limitation

Hi could someone please help me been trying to figure out how to get my money back from PayPal it's been 240 days supposably should have been a hundred and eighty days my limitation to be lifted for some reason this keep telling me that it's still under review all I asked for was a replacement card this was back in October 2021

my account has been limited for 234 days according to their agreement supposed to be a hundred and eighty days and then I was receiving email I received the email I can't get in touch with anyone that can give me any kind of information including the supervisor she's not allowed to give any information I really don't know what to do other than have a small claims court case petition against them which is in progress unless someone can help me figure out another solution
