Using real details to create MP account when old accounts w real info was suspended?

I had an account using real info that was suspended in 2017. Moved to stealth shortly thereafter, and stopped selling on ebay around 2 years ago to pursue an alternate project.

Now that Id like to start selling on ebay again, I see there are some additional hoops to jump through. Although I have a few other options, I would to try opening an account using my real details (details that were used on my 2017 suspended account). In the past, this would usually cause ebay to flag the nw account and suspend it - is it still the case nowadays w MP? Would it work? Is it different w MP?

Everything that applied before still applies - with the added 'joy' that is MP.
Your SSN was never used before on MP though so you can probably use your real name - but you should probably use a different address.
