What all can paypal see? I have a stealth account and want to varify with a bank account in U.S. I have another bank account (different from my banned paypal account) with another bank but same info: same name, same address. Can they link them?
if so, What is the best way to varify a bank account (to sell)?

Paypal can only see the Account Number and Routing Number. They can't see any of your personal info such as name/address/phone...etc...

Best way is to verify with the 2 small deposits, but I haven't had a problem doing the instant verification either. But I think the safest is the 2 small deposits.
