MP is still new and we have not seen any fallout from reusing bank accounts. Personally, I wouldn't be reusing a bank account. On the other hand, bank accounts are recycled here in the UK so it is inevitable that some of these will get back on eBay. I would like to think eBay should manually review and approve as PayPal does but being the incredible incompetent and silly bunch that they are, they may just pull out the hammer every time.
