do they have anyway of linking the accounts by stock and inventory

Use the same/similar description and/or same pictures and the answer is yes.
If you got banned for a certain type of item it stands to logic its one they have an issue with so listing the same item could lead to the same issues.

depends on the inventory. if it's an unique item then probably. if it's a generic item like an iphone x, then its hard to link

New pictures different description and page set up would help avoid a link. if it's the same item that was banned before its likely only a matter of time before a ban hits again but at least you might only lose that account.
