I'm looking at getting an Asian Ebay Account with Payoneer.

- Will this account be allowed to sell on US Ebay.com Website?
- Will Payoneer require an a brick and mortar bank or will they accept a virtual bank?

Why would you want an Asian ebay account if you're selling to the US?

1. yes it will allow to sell on ebay.com
2. they MAY accept virtual bank but your statement MUST to be good - in all countries payoneer asks different verification

Banned in US with real info.

The only options I can see to get back on Ebay are:

(1) US LLC
(2) Asian Account.

I probably can ask family or friends to open an account.

Other users state they can open multiple accounts using same real info but different bank accounts even after ban

This is interesting. I'm at the notion that once your Real E B and MP are banned, there's no longer a way to get back using it.

Can you show me threads where they said they were able to using a different bank account?
