180 day wait and no email!

So what am I to do now? I've waited the dreadful 180 days for my email saying I can retrieve my balance from my PayPal account. How do I get that money??? Please somebody help me out :/

If no reply, phone them, be prepared to be asked id and proof of address,

How big of an amount? Are you able to login? Do you have bank acct ready? Hopefully you haven't been accused of violation AUP
