ebay in EU countries bank account

So there use to be a seller on here who sold all kinds of EU ebay accounts but I noticed he's down now. he was 123newstart I think..

I've heard that IBans such as n26, transferwise are now banned for EU ebay accounts is that true?

Is there any banking solution for EU accounts for Americans?

if you ar talking about "non-business" accounts, N26 is working fine at least in my country

My eBay account seller uses Sogexia for EUR accounts and Monzo.com for UK accounts.
No complaints so far, works fine for me.
