Possible to know if a seller is suspended from storefront?

Just curious, does anyone know if it is possible to tell if a third-party seller is suspended just from viewing their storefront?

I know going to their products page and checking if there are any active ASINs is a way, but this Chinese seller has been deactivating his listings and going into hiding every few days, but eventually pops back up. But now his products page has been empty for two weeks.
