 Running Stealth & Normal ebay/paypal accounts together on the same internet account

It’s been a long time since my last post and am looking for some advice regards my long-standing ‘buying only’ stealth account.
I have 2 broadband services coming into my home:
The BT broadband account is used exclusively only for my stealth ebay/paypal ‘buying-only’ account. The TalkTalk broadband account is used for my wife and sons normal ebay/paypal ‘buying-only’ accounts and all other family internet usage and connections for home working.
My question is if there is a safe, risk-free way for me to somehow run my stealth account on the same TalkTalk broadband account as my family runs their normal ebay/paypal accounts? I would like to be able to save money by loosing the BT broadband account. However, I have to ensure that if my stealth account gets taken down for some reason, that my families normal accounts don’t also get taken down by some type of linking with my stealth account e.g., sharing the same internet account.
Is this where something like to following could be used avoid shared risk: - Running IPBurger on my dedicated stealth laptop, while using the same TalkTalk broadband connection as my family does for their normal ebay/paypal accounts?
- Running a tethered mobile phone on my dedicated stealth laptop, for internet connection?
Any advice and suggestions would be very grateful.
