My sell fullfilled offers were deactivated. I appealed and got restored. Got second deactivation. But now Amazon does not respond to my appeals and emails.
Can I close down my account?
And
Open a new one with NEW LLC, NEW EMAIL and NEW PHONE NUMBER but with my own ID.
Please guide me if that is possible.

Just FYI, I was able to get a new account after a suspension. But i used an ssn for one and an ein for the other, obviously with different addresses and bank details. etc. though, but same name. They allow you to do this but you must follow the rules they have for multiple accounts. They never asked me the reason i needed more than one but i was prepared to tell them that i was going to be selling in totally different categories, etc. Didnt use a VPN either, just applied for the second account a week after the original account was suspended and did the video verification and was accepted. I had to show them my dl and bend it etc on cam call, which surprisingly had my old address on it! I don't know how that got by them to be honest, maybe the guy who was doing the cam verification just didnt give a **** or wasnt paying attention. they didnt even ask if this was a second account. but i assume its not this easy anymore.

You can have multiple accounts but has to be active not suspended, wait few days if its linked the account will go down, seller verification nothing todo with seller performance
My second account was approved while my first one was still suspended. I started the process a week or two after my first was denied the final POA for dropshipping. Thats why i think they just dropped the ball but i dont know how it was ever approved.
