Buying Through Stealth Account

Hi all, I'm new to this so go easy...

I want to buy something through a stealth PayPal account (not on eBay) where only debit cards or bank transfers are accepted. Is there such a thing as a virtual debit card? Even if there is would it be better to use a bank transfer?

Virtual debit cards do exist but depends on which bank is used. Bank transfer would show the owner of the bank account since the name is shown on the e-receipt generated

To Paypal since pp gets the receipt from the bank

my main got banned so now i need to use a buyer stealth too.

ebay and paypal are both trash with that.
