Just be aware that when they do that, most of the time is to keep you out and ban you for good.

Agreed, I would say it it pointless to submit and go on to another account.

If there are 0 transactions and you are being asked to provide documents, 99% of the time it's to shut your account down.

STILL won't hurt to try while making more back up stealth accounts though.

If anything he'll get the experience dealing with these *******s.

US PayPal asking ID on most stealth accounts now: sometimes right after creation, sometimes after receiving a few transactions. So getting ID is the only option.

Same here, all UKs I've made - never had this issue besides once when I made a huge mistake years ago.

Of course they will at some point, it's rare not to receive any limitation. I've had only a few accounts that haven't hit a limitation across years.

I never heard of an account that was never limited and never asked for documents unless that account receives limited to no account activity on it. and we're talking about business use here, not dormant accounts.

they asked for ID for me years ago on stealth. rules changed. if they can't find you on public data, they will ask.
