Creating a USA Business ebay account

I am making my first set of accounts.

Can someone help me on how to create a business ebay account without adding my bank account on creation.

Anytime I want to list on a new business account, it asks for a bank account for MP. I can see some people selling without adding bank account.

How can I do this?

Afraid on a business account you are going to need to get the bank account added first

You don't need to on personal accounts
