Ebay account Suspended ( Device )

My 2nd ebay account got suspended after listning 1st item ( 2 weeks gap )

New user account ( firefox portable )
Different every info ( name + address + new sim )
Different Manage payment account
Residential IP from Router ( new ip every restart )



Anyone ? last hope is new device , so how to do that

normal phone number ( never used before )

For the USA ip, phone number and fresh real personal details are the most important..

The phone number and ip has to be high quality or you will get suspended everytime because you look like a spam account to eBay

Probably just "new accounts" suspension, happening randomly for anyone. If its a new account - just move on. Or try reactivating if there's an option
