PayPal credit or PayPal business credit

How can I get a PayPal credit? why i am always denied. even if it's my account, 5 years old, 16 000 - 18 000 in sales /year.
even if i update my account to business (premier , invidual business) i get denied.

Account 5 years old I have an Google Voice number 5 years old on PayPal, VBA and VCC are virtual, i just buy from people, and resell to others. should i add a bank , make withdrawals ..

They probably don't like your credit score?
Best if you ask them... but... why would you even want a CC from them?

6 months free credit.i can use their money,and just put it back in 6 months. 0%interest

I just don't trust PP at all.

I'm assuming you already talked with your banker and see if you can get something similar or even better like 1 year 0% ?

What is your actual credit score? GV numbers blacklisted in paypal now. It's not good idea to keep GV in paypal account.

They have you info right, so I'm hard pressed to think your VCC would cause the rejection.

But at this point I don't see why you shouldn't try using a real card and bank.

The reason why I ask is that Paypal looks at not just your credit score,but other data as well.
