Can someone help to lift the receiving limits.

No valid credit card currently attached
It used to have a VBA but expired years ago

You've been here since 07 ??

for your PP you just put your CC and Bank ACC.

Not hard to get those things - if you are in Canada. VBA would be substituted with a real bank account

As I mentioned before this is a stealth account so adding my personal bank info is out of question.
That's the reason why for so many years I used VBA.
If you have some creative ideas please let me know.

For PP, you can add any major bank account (in general) in stealth name and it will work fine for deposits/withdrawals

Thank you for the wise advise - problem solved.
I was taking their messages literally asking to send all sort of documents but adding a bank account solved the issue.
