how to get email address from buyer that already paid

eBay permanently limited my account as they always do and I don't even wanna bother with eBay anymore and just gonna drop ship on Big Commerce where I am my own boss, I do not want to wait 60 days to get my funds so I messaged each buyer and asked them if I could issue a refund and they send the funds to my CashApp or another way, Is there a workaround to send my buyers a phone number or email address without ebay's messaging system flagging it? any help is appreciated.

No real way to get that info about the buyer unless you do a manual contact buyer info pull - but i think eb got rid of that feature way back...i haven't tried in a long time

wish this worked for a year old account, ebay owes me $580, stuck in the account ebay will not let me have it, tried chatting several times, I removed my bank account after this ebay account got limited, the payout ended up being sent and the account was already closed, i contacted ebay and they wouldn't resend the payout because i removed the bank account, they want me to go through the court system. this account was all stealth

Cost of court system - have you analysed that part?
