Cant add my vcc to new account

I have stealth accounts and the vcc i was using before dosent work any more . I am ordering with the account name and address and its says don't match

WHere did you get the VCC from?

Is it from one of the forum marketplace sellers?

Its from online shop first time using . I ordered with the same name and address like the account. I contacted the story they are 100% sure they use those details

I have the same problem, ihave Revolut account and the Vcc not working those days, you can add the same card you have on Payments section (wallet) they will accept it but when you try to start selling they not. if anyone have the solution for this please share

Its possible the VCC is just blocked on eBay

Are you trying to use it to purchase something or just add to the eBay?

I am trying to make a listing , firs I confirm my phone after I add the payoner and 3 th step is adding card...
About the funds I don't its all the same as before. I have been using same vcc for long time...okey I will try another vcc seler.

Many sure are

you need to make sure the country of debit card matches the country of ebay registration , VCC sellers usually provide foreign cards , this is a problem as ebay have been rolling out debit card withdrawals and are tightening the noose around which cards can be used

you can take the card BIN and check which country it was issued in

get cards from local banks , if you do not have access to the country of registration use a country you have access to

You are basically correct but not in this case here, I have a source that I've been using a long time and you choose what details register on the cards *Name location etc..) And still, Ebay don't accept it as well

Seems like its a one of these two options:
a - Ebay will not accept VCC'S anymore
b - Temporary technical issue

you can not register BIN location which always discloses the country of registration
