best way to build up paypal account?

As of one year I cant seem to sell anything over 100gbp without getting soft dc limitation.(submitting dcs only works 30% now too whereas a year ago it was almost a 100%)

I am fine selling items under 10gbp. I sell around 5 of these to build the acc. Then wait for a month or more. Then whenever I get a bigger payment after aging the account, I get the limitation.

What are some ways to build the acc in addition to what I am doing?

the best way is to do both buying and selling , selling only low priced items and receiving funds from sources known to paypal
