How to stop competitors filing false rights claims if your selling same item as them

If you plan on selling the same items as other sellers on easy, then

1. Use different pictures/put your username in the picture
2. Different Title
3. Different Description

For example loads of sellers are selling the same lingerie, that's obviously from AliExpress, so no seller on ETSY is the rights holder

nothing you can physically do - only thing is to have numerous accounts and hope to avoid targetting

Ive tried many times. Just block them and try to contact them outside of etsy and come to an arrangement. Or get his info and make some stealths in his name till he gets banned

a bit less if pictures have your own watermark...but that just aids in targetting...
