You Will Get Your Money Withn 1 Day of Delivery

Hi,

I have opened new paypal account and received first transaction on it. I have added tracking with Royal Mail. On the transaction page I can see this message:
"You have updated your shipment information. You will get your money within 1 day of delivery." 5 days have passed since the delivery and money is still on hold...

I have contacted paypal support and they told me "Your transaction is not eligible for early release of funds" This is so stupid... as on the transaction page it clearly says it will be released within 1 day of delivery.

Do you know why my transaction is not eligible ?
Is that always the case on new account ?

If you are doing a fixed price listing on a new account it is generally a 21 day hold after delivery. You can check when the payment is scheduled for release by going to payments and clicking onto held payments. I have had a payment released on a new UK account one day after delivery and that was on an auction sale.
