New PayPal with card and bank account attached. Every time I complete a purchase, at the checkout step I have the option to pay only by card, no bank.
I was wondering when the bank option will become available.

Have you turned on the DD for the bank account and are the names on the PP matching the bank account name?

Would it be a problem if it didn’t match?

It would be as the bank will usually reject the transfer

try to withdraw some money from paypal to your bank account... after that wait 3-5 business days and try to pay for something. bank must be visible after that..

Every bank have different policy. I hope your bank not prepaid? If not then you can call to paypal support and ask them about this issue.
